Eva expresses her gratitude to Tezita Negussie for her willingness to serve as interim executive director during this important transitional year while continuing her responsibilities as program director and country director. “She stepped into a complicated and critical role and now returns to her program and country director position, leading Konbit Sante’s on-the-ground work in Haiti. “It is an understatement that I am thrilled to have Perry join our team,” says country director and interim executive director Tezita Negussie. “My Haitian colleagues and I spent a week with Perry in Cap-Haitien and were impressed by his curiosity, empathy, and communication skills – soft skills that are often undervalued but critical to building trust and relationships.
