Ann pale kreyòl, An Introductory Course in Haitian Creole, Valdman, Albert: One of the best intermediate Haitian Creole language learning text and audio, available through here at the Indiana University Creole Institute, along with many other language resources.

Learner’s Dictionary of Haitian Creole, Also from the University Creole Institute, is an excellent reference to have with you as you are learning to speak Creole.  It is organized in a way that helps you look up words and use them in context. Available here.
