Dear Friends,
When the Antoine family brought their ten-year-old daughter Emilie to the pediatric service at Justinien Hospital, they were concerned about the care Emilie would receive.
The pediatric service at Justinien, led by Konbit Sante’s consulting physician, Dr. Emanise Muscadin, and supported with training, pharmaceuticals, and medical equipment, along with solar power installed by Konbit Sante, helped bring Emilie back to good health. She was able to return home just days later.
At Hôpital Serving Santé in Limbé, newly acquired imaging equipment enables physicians to evaluate and treat patients on-site, dramatically reducing the need for patients to travel more than an hour over rough roads just to be seen at a larger hospital.
At Unité de Lutte pour la Santé health center, a new ambulance is providing safe, humane, and dependable transportation for patients.
At the public Hôpital de Fort Saint Michel in Cap-Haitien, more than a thousand children receive essential vaccinations, and hundreds of expectant mothers receive prenatal care each year through a Konbit Sante community outreach program approved by Haiti’s Ministry of Health.
Just as our partners rely upon Konbit Sante for support, so Konbit Sante relies upon the generous support of our donors.
Without your support, the impressive achievements of our Haitian partners simply would not be possible. Can we count on you once again to help us make an even greater impact in 2025?
This is our most important fundraiser of the year, and we hope you will consider a generous gift.
Thank you for your support!
