In 2015, Konbit Sante adjusted our fiscal year to align with the same fiscal calendar year as the Haitian Miinistry of Health. Therefore, our income and expenses for this year cover a 13 month oeriod, from September 1, 2014 - September 30, 2015.

Konbit Sante annually contract with an independent certified public accounting firm. The auditor is responsible for the preparation and fair presentation of Konbit Sante's financial statements in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States. This includes the design, implementation and maintenance of internal control relevant to the preparation and fair presentation of financial statements that are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error.
Form 990s are annual reporting returns that 501c3 federally tax-exempt organizations must file with the IRS. They provide information on the organization's mission, programs, and finances.
