Ruddy Emmanuel Adeca, Financial Manager & Supply Chain Coordinator

Trained in accounting from Notre Dame University, Ruddy went on to work for the Haiti Project, an NGO project out of the University of Miami based at Justinian Hospital. In 2006 He first encountered Konbit Sante through his work with Haiti Project, since our office space is across the hall from theirs. We hired him part-time to be our bookkeeper and over the years his responsibilities have grown. Shy and quiet by nature, Ruddy is a hard worker who diligently keeps track of our finances and collaborates daily with the administrator.

Jose Raymour, Administrator

Jose grew up in Cap-Haitien and attended Notre Dame University to study computer science. He has advanced computer skills and worked as a network consultant and professor at his alma mater prior to joining Konbit Sante as our computer technician in early 2010. We were so impressed with his management skills that, before long, he became part of the leadership team when he was hired to fill the vacant administrator position . A deeply thoughtful and reflective thinker, Jose enjoys meeting new people and working to further strengthen our organization's capacity.

Youseline Telemaque, MD, In-Country Program Manager

Dr. Telemaque completed her medical training in obstetrics and gynecology at at Université Quisqueya in Port-au-Prince, spent her social service year at Hôpital Sainte-Therese in Hinche, and worked at Centre Medical Beraca in Port-de-Paix before joining Konbit Sante. While doing her residency at the JUH, Dr. Telemaque played an instrumental role in the needs assessment on women's health issues conducted by Konbit Sante in 2006, which was foundational to many of our current efforts related to women's health. She then joined our staff in 2008 to lead our women's health initiatives. Because of her excellent organizing and outreach skills we recently asked her to move into the Program Manager position so that all of our initiatives could benefit from her talents.
